Most of our webinars are free or low-cost. For paid sessions, we offer full refunds up to 48 hours before the start time. After that, we can transfer your registration to a future session instead.
Yes. All registered participants receive access to the recording within 24 hours after the session ends. Recordings stay available for 30 days so you can review at your own pace.
We have a dedicated support channel open during all live webinars. Contact us immediately via the chat feature in the webinar platform, or email us if you can't connect at all. We'll help troubleshoot or get you set up for the next session.
